Even on a warm summer’s day we would love the Black and White Mocha from Spencer’s Coffeehouse. It’s also one of the most beautiful drinks to look at.

Spencer’s Coffeehouse ‘Black and White Mocha’ Recipe:

+Add Chocolate and White Chocolate Flavoring to Mug.

+Fresh Ground Espresso for machine make sure it’s packed tight.

+Brew Espresso with mug underneath to pour into mug.

+Steam Milk till silky and smooth (let sit for a minute).

+Add milk (just a bit to Espresso) and mix.

+Swirl milk to make sure it’s foaming then pour the rest over Espresso.
